The driver is the person through whom you can control the movement of your cargo, receive information about when it will arrive at the place, and at what time your transport documents will be submitted to customs. The customs clearance process begins from the moment the documents reach the desk of the customs authorities.
However, the paperwork process may last a day, since this is what is allowed by law. So, if your documents arrived at customs in the morning, then at best you will receive them in your hands after lunch.

By law, customs officials are required to provide you with the completed documents for the vehicle within 1 business day from the time of submission.
City freight station Kolyadichi
The city freight station Kolyadichi (Minsk region) is located 9 km from the Moscow Ring Road. At Kolyadichi station, transport is represented by the following types of vehicles: container ships of various carrying capacities, side-lift container ships, flatbed vehicles with a carrying capacity of up to 20 tons.
Your actions at the Kolyadichi-Auto PTO itself
Upon arrival at the customs office of the Kolyadichi-Avto PTO, you must go to the Belmagistralavtotrans building (blue and white, 4 storeys). It is located to the right of the temporary storage warehouse checkpoint.
Don't forget to take your passport! Having entered the main entrance of the building, turn left and go to office No. 105. There you need to find window No. 2 with a passport.
Only its owner or an authorized representative who has a power of attorney certified by a notary can receive documents for a car.
As soon as you are given the documents, go to the temporary storage facility checkpoint. This is a yellow-blue building with two floors, standing to the left of the administrative building. There you issue a pass to the temporary storage warehouse. But this only happens when the car is unloaded or the container is being unloaded.
Temporary storage warehouse is a Temporary Storage Warehouse. The procedure for skipping and working with it is as follows:
- At the temporary storage facility checkpoint, you need to get into office No. 2, having with you the documents for the vehicle.
- If the documents are in order, you receive a pass and go to the 2nd floor to have it certified - office No. 7.
- With a certified pass, go to the checkpoint (1st floor), present it at the security checkpoint and enter the territory of the temporary storage warehouse. There, in fact, cargo is unloaded and stored.

- If the age of your received car is from 3 to 5 years, you will need to pay customs duty. This can be done at the customs agent on the 2nd floor of Belmagistralavtotrans in office No. 204. In this case, documents will be accepted after payment for the agent’s services (approximately 190,000 rubles) and customs duties.
Fees are paid at the ticket office No. 218 of the same building.
- As soon as all fees and services are paid, we return to the declaring agent and present the documents and paid receipts without waiting in line.
- Documents for registration are also submitted in the one-story yellow building located across the road. They provide the same services, but for 250,000.
- After submitting the documents, you will be given a telephone number that you will need to call to clarify the information. Or customs officials will call you themselves using the numbers provided.
- As soon as the call comes in and you are told that the documents are ready, hurry to the customs agent to whom you submitted the documents. After their issuance, go to the temporary storage warehouse checkpoint in office No. 2 and receive a receipt for payment of the amount for placing and storing the car outside the temporary storage warehouse.
- Be prepared for the fact that the storage fee for a vehicle starts from the moment the container enters the temporary storage warehouse (but not from the moment of unloading).
- As soon as the storage amount is paid, you return to the temporary storage facility checkpoint to receive a pass to exit the vehicle from the territory. If necessary, a pass for the tow truck is issued here (find out the model of the tow truck, license plate number and full name of the driver).

The temporary storage warehouse "Kolyadichi" asks for urgent customs clearance of cars
On June 28, the Belarusian Railways published on its website a list of individuals who “urgently need to arrive at the Kolyadichi temporary storage warehouse” for customs clearance of vehicles.
The list, it must be said, is impressive, and future car owners are not only from Minsk, but also from other cities of Belarus: Mogilev, Lyakhovichi, Vitebsk, Gomel and others. And July 1 is getting closer...
Here, on the Belarusian Railways website, by entering the last name or container number, you can see a list of containers that arrived with cars from May 1.
The procedure for registering a vehicle at the Kolyadichi PTO has also been posted. Let's bring him.
1. Fill out 2 copies of the agency agreement, the forms of which are located in the corridor. 2. In the “Customs Agent” account, enter the last 4 digits of the container number in which the vehicle (goods for personal use) arrived. 3. Please check that your receipts are filled out correctly!!! If the vehicle is registered under a power of attorney from the buyer of the car, the receipts must indicate the buyer's details!!!
5. After payment, 2 receipts with assignments - customs clearance fee and customs duty - are provided out of turn to the employee who issued the documents. A receipt for the amount of 529,785 Belarusian rubles must be submitted to the “Commodity Office” office (near the entrance and exit of the building).
6. Documents are accepted for processing if there are: - 2 completed copies of the agency agreement - 2 copies of an identity document
- the original power of attorney (in the case of registration of the vehicle on the basis of a power of attorney from the buyer) - documents that were previously issued against signature - 2 receipts for payment of customs duties - the original certificate of the official dealer or photographs that appear after unloading the car from the container.
7. After registration, the documents are submitted to the customs authority.
Article 190. Submission and registration of a customs declaration The customs authority registers or refuses to register a customs declaration within no more than 2 (two) hours from the moment of filing the customs declaration...
Article 196. Time limits for release of goods. The release of goods must be completed by the customs authority no later than 1 (one) working day following the day of registration of the customs declaration.
8. After completing the documents at the customs authorities, the responsible officer will immediately call you on the mobile phone number you specified in advance in the upper left corner of the agency agreement.
9. Pick up documents in the “Customs Agent” office (opening hours from 08.25 to 20.00, lunch from 12.00 to 12.45).
10. You issue a pass in the “Commodity office” office (working hours from 08.30 to 20.30, lunch from 12.30 to 13.30).
11. Go to the station territory, where you can get insurance (working hours from 08.30 to 17.30, lunch from 12.30 to 13.30).

Customs clearance at PTO "Kolyadichi-Auto"
