2. ULD processing.

Each packaging facility undergoes a detailed inspection, starting from acceptance on board the aircraft, as well as after unpacking the cargo from the flight.

3. Packing of goods.

When accepting cargo for transportation, the packaging of packages must meet aviation security requirements.

5. Deconsolidation.

When importing consolidated shipments, it becomes necessary to deconsolidate (separate) cargo arriving under “master” air waybills (MAWB) into “house” air waybills (HAWB).

We recommend that regular customers deconsolidate their cargo on a contractual basis immediately upon placing the cargo in the warehouse (“input deconsolidation”).

In the absence of an agreement, the so-called “secondary deconsolidation” of cargo placed in a warehouse is possible based on the consignee’s application, agreed with the customs authority.

Rules for applying tariffs.

1. In case of partial delivery of cargo using one air waybill, storage is calculated for each shipment separately.

2. Storage is calculated based on physical weight.

3. For cargo subject to deconsolidation, payment for storage according to the master air waybill is made until payment for deconsolidation is made. Payment for subsequent storage under home air waybills is made from the next day after deconsolidation.

4. The period of free storage of arrived general and dangerous cargo is three days, including the day the cargo is placed in the warehouse.

5. The free storage period for shipped general and dangerous cargo is three days, including the day the cargo is accepted into the warehouse.

6. Each day that begins is considered complete.

7. Free storage of cargo of special categories (Valuable cargo, Cargo with a declared temperature regime, Live animals, Human remains) is provided only on the day the cargo is placed in the warehouse for arriving cargo or on the day the cargo is received at the warehouse.

• The period of free storage of shipped cargo is extended for the next day, provided that the cargo is delivered to the warehouse no earlier than 10 hours before the flight departure.
• The period of free storage of arrived cargo is extended for the next day if the cargo is ready for pickup after 16:00.

8. A fee is charged to the broker for each client included in the list of consignees whose documents are placed in the broker's locker. Payment is charged for each full month or part thereof.
