The Moscow-Cargo terminal has international certification and is designed for registration and clearance of cargo of the following categories: dangerous goods, live animals, large and heavy cargo, valuable cargo, medicines and medical equipment. Thanks to the Lödige system, the service is automated by 60%, which can significantly expand the volume of baggage acceptance and delivery.
The Moscow-Cargo structure includes:
- seven-tier luggage storage system - racks designed for 3198 pallets;
- four-tier container area, including 576 spaces for aviation containers, 60 cells for temperature-sensitive cargo;
- lifting and transport devices (ETV) - equipment capable of lifting 13.6 tons at a time;
- conveyor lines are special devices with access to the airfield that allow you to transport luggage from the plane to the airport;
- stations for picking and unpacking cargo - installations with a lifting and lowering mechanism that ensure safe and fast sorting.
Cargo clearance at Moscow-Cargo can be carried out in a comfortable client hall, equipped with 20 service points. An air waybill is an official document that records information about the contract between the carrier and the customer. It is issued by the sender's agent or the carrier itself. The invoice regulates the order of logistics activities carried out in accordance with the formulator, which can be of two types:
- external waybill (MAWB) - the document indicates the cargo serial number and the airline prefix;
- internal waybill (HAWB) - it indicates the serial number of the agent and all information about the sender and the characteristics of the cargo.
Usually the invoice form has two parts at once.
You can find out where the cargo is located online. To do this, go to the Moscow-Cargo website and enter the 11-digit code specified in the invoice in the form provided. The first three digits are a prefix identifying the airlines that deliver the cargo. The rest are the serial number of the cargo.
How to get to the cargo terminal
- By car:
- Kievskoye Highway: moving along the Kievskoye Highway from the Vnukovo sign, keep right towards Central Street. You need to drive along it until an intersection appears on the way (a roundabout), after which we take the first exit. Then we drive along Central Street in the opposite direction and turn right when we see the sign “Cargo complex”;
- Minskoe highway: turn onto Vnukovskoe highway after the sign “st. Vnukovo". Then the path should be along the highway and Tsentralnaya Street to the Cargo Complex;
- Borovskoe Highway: You need to drive along Borovskoe Highway until the intersection where there is a roundabout. Then the path should be continued, as in the first case.
- By public transport. The cargo terminal is located within walking distance from the Vnukovo airport terminals intended for passengers. And they are reached by Aeroexpress, minibus No. 45m and buses No. 911, 611 and 272.
