Network versions of programs

Any of the programs can work in network version mode: in this case, a special “Registration Server” program (provided free of charge) is installed and configured on one of the computers on the local network, in which the activation key is registered; the key contains information about the maximum number of simultaneous connections (depending on the number of purchased licenses). The program is installed on all other computers and configured to connect to the server.

The network version mode is convenient if your company has several employees calculating the tariff and, in order not to purchase a computer license for everyone, you can purchase only a server license, which limits the number of users simultaneously working with the program. "VED-Declarant" (Basic version)

“VED-Declarant” has all the necessary tools for generating, loading, unloading, and printing all possible documents required for customs clearance.
Supports all official formats of the Federal Customs Service of Russia and allows you to work in the Electronic Declaration system (certificate of testing of IS EPS software No. 2012/00008 dated October 24, 2012).

“VED-Declarant” provides for the formation of:

The program is designed for preparing electronic documents required for customs declaration of goods, and their subsequent transfer to the electronic declaration system of the Federal Customs Service of Russia (hereinafter referred to as the ED system).

When moving goods across the customs border, a participant in foreign economic activity must perform a number of customs operations. For example, submit preliminary information, arrange electronic customs transit, and perform customs declaration of goods. When applying for any of the existing customs procedures, the program allows you to fill out a declaration of goods (hereinafter referred to as DT) and other documents as quickly and without errors as possible.

The program is available in two versions: basic and extended. The extended version is designed for foreign trade participants and customs representatives who meet at least one of the following criteria:

— number of program users — 3 or more;

— number of HS codes in DT — 7 or more;

— the number of DTs issued is more than 20 per month;

— integration with enterprise accounting systems is required.
