1. Technical description of the product in Russian

Delivery information

To carry out transportation you will need:

2) Delivery times . Necessary for selecting transport. The best option in terms of price/time ratio for delivery from Europe is road transport. 4. Agreement with the supplier (direct contract)

In advance, before transportation, sign an agreement with the supplier of the goods (direct contract). In the contract, carefully check:

a) Incoterms These are international rules of transportation in the format of special abbreviations (for example: EXW, FCA), which regulate: – Distribution of transport costs between the seller and the buyer. – The moment of actual transfer of goods and transfer of responsibility from the seller to the buyer or his representative.

b) Terms of delivery The contract must specify the terms of delivery of the goods. For customs you will need to provide a document confirming the fulfillment of this condition.

For example, if the contract contains a clause that requires 100% payment for the goods, then when importing goods you will need to provide the customs authority with a payment document confirming this payment.

EORI number of the supplier

If the supplier sends goods for export outside his country or the European Union for the first time, he must register a special EORI number for the exporter at the place of registration. This may take from several days to several weeks, depending on the country.

6. Checking the goods with a customs broker or representative

Before starting transportation, be sure to check the goods for the need for certification and for other requirements for import into Russia with a customs broker/representative.

For example, applying the “EAC” marking is mandatory for goods subject to certification according to the requirements of the Customs Union.

Before the start of transportation, it is necessary to agree with the broker and the certification center on the need for such marking, since the implementation of this procedure is carefully monitored by customs authorities. Failure to comply can be costly, including confiscation of the goods.

We recommend entrusting the verification to professionals with experience, so as not to end up in a situation where the need for certification becomes clear when crossing the border.

7. We make an electronic signature (if customs clearance is not under the broker’s seal)

If customs clearance of imported goods does not take place under the seal of a customs broker, then to submit a declaration, the customs representative will need an electronic digital signature.

IMPORTANT: The digital signature must be made in advance and given to your customs representative 2 days before the goods arrive at the border so that he has time to register you as an importer in the customs database. Without this, it is impossible to submit declarations and, accordingly, the import of goods may be delayed.

EDS are issued by specialized centers, whose software is used by the customs representative to submit a declaration. We use the services of the company “Sigma-soft”.

As a rule, for the production of digital signatures the following is required:

Scan of the passport of the person for whom the digital signature was issued

An order for the appointment of a director in Word (if issued to the director) or an employment contract in Word + power of attorney from the organization to the employee (if issued to the employee)

8. We sign an application agreement with the forwarder importing goods

After signing the contract, you confirm your order by signing a contract-application for transportation. It indicates all the delivery information, as well as the date of pickup of the cargo.

9. We start working with other contractors

If you order a service from different contractors for transportation, customs clearance, insurance, certification, etc., then in advance, even before transportation, plan the timing of all work and synchronize it with the timing of cargo transportation and customs clearance.

10. We inform the supplier of the date of cargo collection

After you have agreed with the carrier on the date of pickup of the cargo, you must notify the supplier of the goods about this. Your supplier must be ready for the truck to arrive and the goods to be loaded.

The appropriate loading equipment must be prepared, as well as the cargo itself and all documents for it, namely:
