According to 47news, both criminal cases - on mediation in the transfer of a bribe and the receipt of a bribe - are based on materials from a criminal case initiated under Article 210 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation “Organization of a criminal community” against one of the most serious customs brokers in the north-west - Igor Khavronov .
