Novosibirsk EDC is the electronic declaration center of Novosibirsk customs (code 10609000). This is a new type customs post; it was created on October 2, 2011 simultaneously with the Irkutsk Central Customs Office. Novosibirsk EDC ceases its activities from December 15, 2020. Now customs declarations should be submitted to the Siberian Central Customs Office with code 10620010.
